Administrative Sales Assistant (Nashville - 100 Oaks area)

Job Overview:

Partner with Big Time's Sales, Marketing, Shipping, Accounting, Product Development and our rep firms to execute profit analysis, vendor set up, quotes, and inventory analysis for toy retailers and distributors world-wide, in addition to all other functions needed to support the sales staff .

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant or sales assistant experience with a high proficiency in excel.
  • Graciously tenacious and extremely smart.
  • A Go-Getter.
  • Performed in top 10% of peers in previous position(s).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with incredible attention to detail
  • Great communicator with the ability to work well in a team environment

Bookkeeper needed for a Toy Manufacturer

Big Time Toys, LLC a manufacturing and marketing company founded in 1996 that sells its own brands of toys worldwide is currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Nashville, TN.

Job Overview: The Accounting department is looking for a full time Bookkeeper with an Associates degree in Accounting and must have a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting. Additional related experience would be considered in lieu of a degree. Proficiency in excel is required. Primary duties include the following:

  • Accounts Payable management, coding, and entry
  • Accounts Receivable management, monitoring, posting, and collections
  • Assist in Bi-weekly payroll
  • Bank and Account Reconciliations
  • Assist Accounting Manager with Month end process
