Inside Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities: Maximize sales to medium-sized customers in North America and Wal-Mart (inside sales-related opportunities). Manage TV test launches of new products.

The toy business is very exciting, fast-paced, and extremely competitive. This is especially the case at Big Time Toys. So, the satisfaction that comes with reaching one's objectives is awesome and the upside pay and experience gained from success in this position is more valuable than just about any other sales job.

Requirements: At least 2-3 years experience doing 100% selling. Someone who has a successful track record (you can prove you're in the top 10% of your peers at work).
